Shamanic Healing Day Retreats
Following the Celtic wheel of the year
Dates for 2025
We will celebrate each season by connecting with nature and ourselves. We will explore other realms through drum journeying, seek guidance, answers and solace through medicine walks, connect with our personal power, creativity and inspiration through meditation, song and mantra. We will connect with collective universal strength through healing circles where we each give and receive from the group through drum and voice.

Crystal Sound Bath Meditation
Dates for 2025
Join Tab/Amy and Zara in the full moon phases where we prepare to let go of everything that we no longer need. We will take you on a healing journey through sound and crystal healing. You will be immersed and cocooned in the sounds of Himalayan and crystal bowls, soothed in vocal toning and caressed with the energy of crystals.
